Mr. Gerald Yong

Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Yong is the Chief Executive Officer of Cuscaden Peak Investments Private Limited (formerly known as Singapore Press Holdings Private Limited before it was privatized by Cuscaden Peak on 13 May 2022). He was the Chief Executive Officer (Special Projects) at CapitaLand Group Pte. Ltd. (CLG), and before that, Chief Executive Officer (International) at CapitaLand Investment Limited (CLI), responsible for overseeing the growth and asset management of CLI’s real estate portfolio in developed markets outside Singapore. Mr. Yong is a Board Director of Cuscaden Peak Group, Cuscaden Peak Investments Private Limited, M1 Limited, as well as the Singapore Environment Council. Mr. Yong holds a Second Class (Upper) Honours degree in Mechanical Engineering from the National University of Singapore on the SembCorp Industries scholarship, as well as an MBA with Distinction from Imperial College Business School, UK, on the Raffles–Chevening Scholarship.

Mr. Chua Chi Boon

Executive Vice President,
Portfolio & Asset Management

Mr. Chua is Executive Vice-President, Portfolio & Asset Management, CEO’s office at Cuscaden Peak Investments Private Limited (CPIPL). He also serves as the Executive Director, Investment and Portfolio Management (CEO’s Office – Special Projects) at CapitaLand Group.

Mr. Chua had held senior management positions in Investment, Business Development and Asset Management, with CapitaLand Investment International, CapitaLand Limited, Ascott Residence Trust Management Limited, and The Ascott Limited since 2006.

Mr. Chua holds a Bachelor of Business (Banking and Finance) degree from Nanyang Technological University, and a Master of Science degree in Real Estate from the National University of Singapore.

Ms. Ginney Lim

General Counsel and
Group Company Secretary

Ms Lim heads the Secretariat/Legal Division and oversees the Group Communications Division of Cuscaden Peak Investments Private Limited (“CPIPL”). She is responsible for the corporate secretarial, legal, compliance and group communications functions in the CPIPL Group.

She is the Lead Independent Director of Amara Holdings Ltd, a mainboard real estate listed company in Singapore. She is also a director of various subsidiaries in the CPI group. She is a member of the NUS Law Advisory Council and the Singapore Institute of Directors Company Secretaries Network. She is also a specialist mediator of the Singapore International Mediation Centre.

Ms Lim was admitted as an advocate and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore and holds a Bachelor of Law (Honours) degree from the National University of Singapore. She is also a Fellow in the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators and an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute. She completed an executive management programme organized by the Wharton Business School.

She was listed in Legal 500’s GC Powerlist: Asia Pacific in 2014 and again in Legal 500’s GC Powerlist: Southeast Asia in 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2022. In 2008, she was named as one of the top 25 in-house counsels in Asia by Asia Legal Business magazine. Ms Lim was awarded the Chief Legal Officer Award 2022, Singapore Business Category by the Singapore Corporate Council Association.

Ms. Mable Chan

Executive Vice President,
Human Resources, Administration & IT

Ms. Chan has been with Cuscaden Peak Investments Private Limited (CPIPL) since 1997. Before taking over as Head of Human Resources Division in June 2006, she was Senior Vice-President, Customer Service Department, Marketing Division. The Administration Division
and Times Properties were added to her portfolio in 2014 and 2015 respectively.

Prior to joining then SPH, Ms. Chan was the Executive Director of the Marketing Institute of Singapore. She holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree from the South Australian Institute of Technology and a Masters in Business Administration from the National University of Singapore.

Ms. Janice Wu

Executive Vice President,
Corporate Development

Ms Janice Wu is Executive Vice-President of Corporate Development at Cuscaden Peak Investments Pte Ltd. She leads its M&A and Investments teams in mergers and acquisitions, capital re-cycling and portfolio management. Janice also covers Cuscaden’s joint ventures and sits on the boards of MobileOne Ltd, Woodleigh Mall Pte Ltd and Woodleigh Residences Pte Ltd.  Prior to divestment of Cuscaden Peak’s interest in Seletar Mall and the Data Center campus at Genting Lane, Janice chaired the JV Boards. Other board sub-committees that Janice serves on include Audit Committee and Sustainability & Safety Committee.

Since starting as legal counsel at SPH in 1998, she has held various positions with active involvement in real estate, digital and venture capital investments. Some functions she headed include corporate planning, sustainability, risk management and analytics.

Janice holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) degree from the National University of Singapore and was admitted as an advocate and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore. She has attended the Executive Development Program at Kellogg School of Management, the Business Sustainability Management Program by Cambridge Centre for Sustainability Leadership and the Advanced Management Program at Wharton Business School.

Ms Melanie Wong

Group Finance Head

Ms. Wong is the Group Finance Head, where she leads the Finance function at Cuscaden Peak Investments Private Limited (CPIPL) Group. She brings more than 15 years of experience in senior management roles.

Ms. Wong holds a Master of Business Administration from Northumbria University and is a qualified member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA). In addition, she is a Chartered Valuer and Appraiser in Singapore.

Ms. Susan Leng

Chief Executive Officer,
Paragon Trust Management Pte Ltd

Ms Leng was appointed CEO of Paragon Trust Management Pte. Ltd. in 2013. Ms Leng has 17 years of aggregate experience in shopping centre management and property development, eight years of accounting and finance experience, and nine years of experience in Real Estate Investment Trust. Ms Leng began her career as an auditor with Coopers & Lybrand, and was also Accounting Manager with Scotts Holdings Limited, before she made a career change to shopping centre management in 1992. Since then, she has held various appointments, including General Manager of Scotts Shopping Centre, Director of Retail Management with Far East Organisation, and General Manager of Capitol Investment Holdings. She was also the General Manager of Orchard 290 Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the former Singapore Press Holdings Limited (SPHL), from 1997 to 2004. She was a pioneer member of the management team which redeveloped Paragon and The Promenade into a fully integrated premier upscale retail mall that includes a prestigious medical and office tower. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants (FCCA), UK. Ms Leng is a director of Paragon Trust (Investments) Pte Ltd, a subsidiary of Cuscaden Peak Investments Private Limited.

Ms Jaylyn Ong

Managing Director,
Straits Retail Property Management Services Pte Ltd

Ms. Jaylyn Ong has led Straits Retail Property Management Services Pte Ltd since 2017 and currently serves as its Managing Director and Key Executive Officer. She oversees the strategic and operational management of retail assets under Cuscaden Peak Investments Private Limited (CPIPL) Group.

With close to 30 years of experience in the retail real estate industry, Ms. Ong is recognised for her expertise in asset enhancement, strategic leasing, and brand positioning. Before joining Straits Retail, she held senior roles at Mapletree Investments, Far East Retail Consultancy, and Orchard 290 Ltd.

She holds a Bachelor of Business (Marketing) from Nanyang Technological University and is a certified Real Estate Agency (REA) professional.
