(“Cuscaden Peak”). Cuscaden Peak is jointly owned by Mapletree Fortress Pte. Ltd., a subsidiary of Mapletree Investments Pte. Ltd., and Adenium Pte. Ltd., a subsidiary of CLA Real Estate Holdings Pte. Ltd.. It has businesses in Retail & Commercial, and Events Management.
